Musician, Performer
Performer specialized in improvisation, contemporary, classical and modern music.
ĒTHĘR Ensemble
ĒTHĘR ensemble is a musical and artistic project created by José Ángel Babiano in 2019 and comprised of artists who met at Musikene, Donostia-San Sebastián. José Ángel is joined in directing the project by Garazi Navas (accordion) and Pau Torres (saxophones).
ĒTHĘR’s artistic process encompasses performance, transcription, and original composition, based on a delicate and carefully crafted blend of improvisation and composition as its creative driving force.
Hnos Torres
Pau, Toni Torres, and Noel Sáez join forces for this vibrant trio of percussion, guitar, vocals, and saxophone. A fantastic group for events, they blend song, flamenco, jazz, and original compositions.
PK Afrobeat
Fresh Afrobeats lovingly crafted by Katana Mackenzie Garama on drums and vocals, blended with Pau’s saxophone and melodies.
From ritual to the wildest, encompassing dance, song, peace, and fire.
Verni
A creative project co-created with Xico Ribas Tur.
The artists combine ambient music and digital sound design, feedback techniques, traditional folk instruments with electronic processing, and structures drawn from traditional songs of their homeland.
Through art, they seek to express and generate a space where possible solutions can be explored—some uncomfortable, others demanding resilience from all beings.
Duo with Nasim L-P
A duo of friends and musicians specializing in free improvisation. Their time together at a farmhouse in northern Navarre led to numerous recordings and tours.
Makulu Ken
The only band in the world to have made Afrobeat in Basque language. With 9 musicians on stage, two recorded CDs, and rave reviews from the national scene, this band embarked on their farewell tour in 2024.

LAB Entre la concisión y la elocuencia
As composer and performer of the soundscape for Natalia G. Muro’s creative laboratory. This creative laboratory is currently in production to become an interdisciplinary piece of bodies, sound, and drawing.

Socio-Educational and cultural projects
Taller de Músiques
Creator and coordinator of educational projects focused on music, theater, and improvisation within leisure and free time activities. He carries out activities such as the “Volta de Músiques,” the “Campaments de Músiques,” and courses in improvisation and sound experimentation for all ages through the non-profit association Taller de Músiques, of which he is president.
Kesti Klab
Co-creator of cultural events focused on organizing spaces for alternative and youth expression on the island of Ibiza with the Kesti Klab association. This collective also organizes artistic residencies for young people in collaboration with Taller de Músiques.
